Gold & Silver Combined:
How to calculate:
1. Convert both to cash value:
- Gold: Weight × ₨ 36714
- Silver: Weight × ₨ 497
2. Add together
3. Compare to Nisab:
Use silver Nisab (lower): ₨ 304,300
4. If total > Nisab:
Pay 2.5% on combined value
Example:
- 50g gold = ₨ 1,835,682
- 300g silver = ₨ 149,079
- Total = ₨ 1,984,761
- Zakat = ₨ 1,984,761 × 2.5%
